L'Auberge Griffon Aventure is a recreational-tourism project run by Antoine and Olivier Bazinet "Les Frères Canot", which has been in existence since 2006. A dream that materialized from scratch in the middle of a young spruce plantation, it is now entering its 18th year of operation in L'Anse-au-Griffon (Gaspé), close to the Parc National forillon on the Gaspé Peninsula. A colossal initiative fuelled by the creativity, talent and love of hundreds of people. A project that, since its inception, has captivated and amazed many.
Our journey has been marked by such highlights as the move from the former L'Oiseau Bleu crabber to Le Griffon, the welcoming of talented artists, the growth of the team, the traditional méchoui, the hot pepper eating contest, to name but a few. This story is far from over.
A new stage is on the horizon. Antoine and Olivier are ready to take on new challenges. At the dawn of this transition, our inn is looking for passionate and motivated people to perpetuate this jewel of Gaspesian tourist heritage. We want the project to continue to grow and play a symbolic role in and for the community. We want Griffon Aventure to continue to shine and remain an authentic and memorable destination.
