The Fédération des chambres de commerce du Québec (FCCQ) is pleased to announce the appointment of Véronique Proulx as President and CEO, effective November 12, 2024.
Véronique Proulx held the positions of President and CEO of Manufacturiers et Exportateurs du Québec (MEQ) and Senior Vice-President, Policy and Public Affairs, for the Canadian Manufacturers & Exporters (CME) group from 2017 to 2024.
Under her leadership, MEQ has become an influential and essential voice for manufacturing companies on the Quebec scene. She has breathed new energy into the organization, which has undergone significant growth.
Véronique Proulx has a long track record in entrepreneurship and solid expertise in the export sector and the Quebec manufacturing economy. She spent nearly 15 years with Laval Technopole.
A committed member, she sits on the board of INO, Canada's leading center of expertise in photonic optics.
Véronique Proulx has been named to the prestigious Women's Executive Network (WXN) Top 100 2021 list of Canada's most influential women, in the Emerging Leaders category.
She holds an Executive MBA from Paris-Dauphine University and UQAM.
