With a community of over 200 members from Murdochville to Gaspé, via the Estran (Grande-Vallée, Petite-Vallée and Cloridorme), the issues are many and varied. Our interventions take the form of advisory services, letters of support, accompaniment, public speaking engagements or concerted action aimed at improving the issues impacting our members in whole or in part. We are a member-affiliate of the Fédération des Chambres de commerce du Québec, where we are involved with the 120 Chambers of Commerce in Quebec, and instigator of the Interchambers initiative in the Gaspésie-Îles-de-la-Madeleine region.

The Chamber continues its digital shift by automating its internal processes, reflecting its value of proactivity with a minimalist permanent team. We work in committees to encourage the emulation of ideas and stay connected to our membership base, which is surveyed regularly. In this way, the Chamber prioritizes which issues it is involved in, and to what degree. Networking meetings are also an important opportunity to take the pulse of members and partners face-to-face.

The services we offer our members are based on their needs and on the revenue potential they can generate to ensure the vitality of the Chamber. These services complement our core mandate of representation. Services come in a variety of forms, including free or paid consulting services, discounts on various commercial offers, and visibility opportunities through our many communication tools. We are constantly on the lookout for new business opportunities to help mobilize and engage our members.
