To equip and support employers in recruiting and retaining workers, the MRC de La Côte-de-Gaspé and its partners are launching a 2nd Rendez-vous RH to be held in Gaspé on Wednesday, November 6 at the Hotel Baker. The theme of this half-day event is experienced workers.

Annie Lebeau, LL.M., CRHA, Méd.A. An entrepreneur for 15 years, Annie Lebeau is a member of the Ordre des CRHA and has over 20 years' experience in human resources management, including 6 years as National Director of Human Resources in a company with 800 employees across Canada. An IMAQ-accredited mediator, she holds a Master's degree in Dispute Prevention and Resolution from the Université de Sherbrooke Law School. Most recently, she was called upon to pilot a project run by the Ordre des CRHA in collaboration with the Quebec government, aimed at promoting the retention and reintegration of experienced workers.
