During this bootcamp offered by the Percolab team, we'll get straight to the point and help you experiment with concrete practices to better collaborate and share responsibilities at work. How can we give employees more autonomy, run lively and engaging meetings, make decisions together, and deal with conflict more effectively?

This course is for you if you want to:

  • Reinforce your team's collaboration and autonomy.
  • Apply concrete tools to your organization right away.
  • Create a team-building moment while learning.
  • Unburden yourself by sharing leadership more effectively.
  • Inspire motivation and commitment in your team members!

Who should attend?

  • This training is for all organizations: companies, NPOs, cooperatives in all sectors of activity, and for anyone who wants to learn how to work better together and share leadership.
  • Register as a team or on your own: Come with your team for better teamwork, or come on your own and be paired with other participants for practical exercises. *In both cases, whether you come alone or as part of a team, you'll need to purchase an organization pass.

What are the training themes?

  • Autonomy and intention: Differentiate between freedom and autonomy, identify levers for increasing autonomy in a contributory way and create favorable conditions to support it. Learn how to use intention to guide decisions.
  • Meeting: Experience horizontal approaches to meetings that are energizing, inclusive and time-saving. Learn how to master horizontal meetings, brainstorming and participation techniques.
  • Decision-making: Experience a decision-making process in which action is at the center of attention, and in which everyone's voice is considered without holding back the organization. Discover the practice of generative decision-making and the culture of proposition in a context of autonomy.
  • Relationships and conflict: Tackle conflict in a proactive way that benefits the organization, in particular by practicing the dialogue circle. Discover tools and methods to help you nurture your relationships so as to create a work climate that allows for fluidity, joy, productivity and even innovation at work.
