On April 27, the 2021 Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Gaspé Chamber of Commerce and Tourism was held, its last since the Côte-de-Gaspé Chamber of Commerce officially takes flight. This Chamber of Commerce has seen a lot of changes since 1939!
The meeting was opened by Daniel Brousseau, President of the Chamber, accompanied by General Manager Marie-Claude Brière.
Sixteen (16) members and partners were in attendance at the Jacques-Cartier Yacht Club and online via ZOOM.

The presentation and adoption of the annual financial report for the year ended December 31, 2021 was made in the presence of Jean-Philippe Chrétien of

, reviewing the 2021 activities carried out by her predecessor, Catherine Briand, from January to September 2021, and by Chantal Rochefort, Mobilization and Development Officer, from September to December.

Each member number is unique (and changes every year) and entitles the member to various benefits offered by other members to create a network effect, as well as by the Chamber through major partnerships.

Introducing our new team of directors. The Chamber had to fill 6 of the 11 required positions. They were all renewed, and the process did not require an election to be called.
