TheÉcole de la restauration et du tourisme de la Gaspésie opens its doors to us, an important moment for students to prepare and serve a meal to its business community and...to a minister! We'll be serving a tasty meal inspired by the Gaspé region, with food produced or processed by our members, of course! As we're in a learning environment, seating is limited to 35 people.
