Following the signing of an agreement between the Fédération des Chambres de commerce du Québec (FCCQ), the Canadian Chamber of Commerce and the Ministère de la Santé et des Services sociaux du Québec, the Côte-de-Gaspé Chamber of Commerce will be distributing rapid test kits free of charge to SMEs within its territory. Businesses eligible for this service are SMEs with 200 employees or less that are members of the Chamber of Commerce. You will be able to pick up your tests by appointment only.
The objective of the program is to quickly identify infected individuals, thereby reducing the risk of an outbreak.

Screening kits have been provided by the Canadian and Quebec governments at no cost to businesses through a program with the Fédération des Chambres de commerce du Québec (FCCQ). We are unable to supply community organizations, schools or the general population, as these groups of people all have the opportunity to receive
testing through other supply mechanisms.

If a screening test gives a positive result for COVID-19, the employee will have to leave the workplace and
follow the recommendations of Public Health.
