Partner and leader of Risk Management Services at MNP, Anne-Héloïse Bédard will be in Gaspé to give a lecture on the risks of neglecting Bill 25, which has governed Quebec's protection of personal information since September 2023.

This law differs greatly from the federal Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act, with numerous requirements for Quebec organizations. The new provisions affect all businesses, and entail significant penalties.
