We will discuss government assistance by sector or type of activity, such as technological innovation, investment, workforce training and development, digital transformation, tourism, agriculture and fisheries, etc. Finally, we'll look at what you need to consider to submit a complete and well-targeted application for assistance.

For over 25 years, I've had the pleasure and privilege of assisting manufacturing SMEs with their innovation projects in the beautiful regions of Bas-Saint-Laurent, Gaspésie and Côte-Nord.
More specifically, I am involved in claiming Scientific Research and Experimental Development (SR&ED) tax credits, as well as in certain tax incentives for innovation and investment, and in other sectors such as e-business development, multimedia title production, Gaspésie and certain maritime regions, tax measures affecting the workforce, and many others.
I also assist companies and organizations in obtaining government assistance, and guide them towards the right target in terms of financial aid programs.
Working in close collaboration with my colleagues in our regional tax department and in other regions of Quebec, we have diversified expertise and can intervene in innovation and investment projects in various sectors of activity.
As a guest lecturer at certain innovation seminars, I have been giving talks on financial assistance for businesses for nearly
7 years.
