The Conseil québécois de la coopération et de la mutualité, in collaboration with the Coopérative de développement régional du Québec and Université Laval, is offering a series of free information sessions on employer cooperatives.

In times of pandemic, human resources management is putting considerable pressure on the profitability and productivity of many businesses. In this context, employers' cooperatives offer an innovative solution of mutualized management services, mainly in human resources, to their members (member employers).

This will give you the opportunity to improve your practices, access greater expertise and benefit from significant and measurable economies of scale.

The primary objective of setting up employers' cooperatives is to bring together SMEs to share, collaborate and acquire dedicated and accessible professional resources.

Given the urgency to act, these shared services will enable employers who are members of employer cooperatives to be proactive in a context of major change.
